1) This is perfectly fine! If she died with any injuries there are a few ways we could do this. You can choose to have her arrive with the injuries still intact, and then URSULA's nanites can heal her. Or you can have her arrive completely whole. Again, it's up to you!

2) We'll allow for her to find the phone. When it storms, occasionally some items from characters' worlds appear. We can say that her phone was one of the items that washed ashore and your character can either find it while she's out and about, or she can find it back at base. Again, whatever way you prefer for it to happen.
