NAME: It's you!
AGE: Are you older than 18 Y/N
PREFERRED CONTACT: Plurk? PM? Skype? Email? Whatever you want people to use
CHARACTERS IN GAME: Put N/A if this doesn't apply
IC INFORMATION
NAME: The character's name as well as important nicknames or aliases
AGE: If their appearance vastly differs from their age (the old "10-year-old is actually 1,000") then mention it
CANON: Just what it says! If you're an OC, just put Original. If you're specifically going with manga or anime or a mix of medias assuming no contradictions also note that
CANON POINT: This only applies for canon characters. Just a simple "Chapter 23", "Episode 50", "Pre-[Specific Boss Battle]" will be enough.
CANON INFORMATION: A link to a wiki, fan translations or whatever will give us the background of the canon/character you're apping. If you're apping an OC, please summarize the world they come from and their role in it.
PERSONALITY: What drives your character? What do they fear? What do they believe in? What makes them angry? What makes them happy? If they're a coward, tell us why. If they're obsessed with cooking, explain how that impacts their decisions. We ask for several solid paragraphs at least that cover what's truly important about and to your character.
ABILITIES: Keep it short and sweet. Mention if you're depowering anything for the game. If they have special talents you think are worth mentioning that would apply to the game - a knack for building, swimming, cooking, biology, anything - then also put that here.
INVENTORY: Just a list here will be fine. Includes pets and anything noteworthy or of interest. Things like the clothes they're wearing don't need to be here but if you wish to list them that's fine.
MEMORY ALTERATION: Here you should describe how their memories have been altered to make them believe they came here willingly, accidentally, or by force. It should be as detailed or as simple as you need it to be to explain their arrival. If you are collaborating with a canonmate or even a cross-canon friend, please note it here so that we know toes aren't being stepped on.
SAMPLE: Link a thread within the past six months. It should be about 15 comments from your character displaying both a solid grasp of the character's voice and introspection. If you wish, you can also write up a sample, as long as it displays both of the requirements.

Subnautica runs on a player cap of 55 players as we feel this is the maximum number of players we can handle with this size of mod team. Applicants can submit at any time, but applications will not be judged until there are fewer than 55 players in the game. Applications will be judged on a first-come, first-serve basis. To be sure that applicants are still interested when a slot is available, we will contact them with a request to reply within 72 hours regarding their interest. Please send us your application as a comment to this page! The subject line should be CHARACTER NAME | FANDOM | RESERVED/UNRESERVED. Put the OOC information in the first comment. Reply to that comment with the rest of the information or a link to your app.

NAME: Setsuna Meiou/Sailor Pluto
AGE: Unknown but looks 20
CANON: Sailor Moon classic anime
CANON POINT: Episode 112
CANON INFORMATION: wikimoon, sailor moon wiki, sailor moon wiki for Sailor Pluto.
*I would like to make a particular note here that while the 90's anime doesn't give explicitly show it, I will be keeping Setsuna's death at the end of the Black Moon arc and her subsequent reincarnation. I've discussed this change with the other Sailor Moon players and they've agreed.
PERSONALITY: Referred to as a lonely warrior, Setsuna may be the Silver Millennium's best and worst kept secret. Setsuna was given her duty at a young age and then left alone for centuries as the guardian of the Space Time Door. The majority of the universe didn't even know she existed, but because of the gravity of her duty, she learned to withstand the time alone. The outer senshi were always meant to be distant guardians but among them Setsuna is the most distant, lacking even the camaraderie shared between Michiru and Haruka. When she's reunited with the other senshi, she's therefore less aggressive and more indulgent than the other two. She shares their belief that the Inner Senshi are weaker and wouldn't be up to the task of protecting the solar system the way they are, but there's a part of her that's very aware of what she's given up in exchange for the power she in particular wields.
This isn't to say that she's always distant or cold, however. In her heart Setsuna longs to be a member of a team, to be able to be acknowledged as one of the guardians of Crystal Tokyo rather than hidden away for its safety. She's eager to connect with the royal family, even engaging with Chibiusa's favorite toy to keep her company when she felt lonely. Chibiusa describes Setsuna as her only friend and often joins her at the Space Time Door; their relationship is perhaps Setsuna's closest when she's living in Crystal Tokyo. She works hard to cheer Chibiusa up when she comes to visit her, encouraging her to try to find the fun in everything despite her own solitary existence. There are also subtle indications that she may have feelings for King Endymion, though she never admits to them fully and after her reincarnation they seem to have subsided. Before her death, she says she always wanted to be able to stand and fight together with the other senshi, and knew that if she could she could make a difference. In the end, the difference she makes saves the universe as well as the heart of her friend Chibiusa, but it costs her her life.
Unlike the other Senshi, Setsuna doesn't have a particularly noticeable difference between her civilian personality and her senshi form. The biggest contrast is that as Sailor Pluto she's willing to make immediate decisions for the good of the things she's protecting. She's confident and even aggressive, for example attacking Sailor Moon, Sailor Venus, and Tuxedo Mask when Chibiusa first brings them back to the 30th century. In her civilian life Setsuna, while noticeably more mature than the other Sailor Senshi, is somewhat sheltered. Having grown up completely isolated, there are many things she's never experienced. She often defers to Neptune and Uranus despite taking a leadership role among the outer senshi (though it's also possible this is simply because neither of them would be willing to put themselves as a leader above the other; as the third grown member, Setsuna is in a position that allows her to lead both of them).
Not much of Setsuna's civilian life is shown in the anime but what is clear is that she is glad to be a full member of the senshi now while also learning to navigate what it means to be a part of that team. She keeps herself at a distance from the inner senshi with the exception of Chibiusa, who she remains close to even after her reincarnation. She's not less attached to them for it, though. One of her most telling quotes is when she tells Chibiusa, "Quietly watching from afar is a kind of love too." For Setsuna, it's the only kind of love she knows, but she's learning.
ABILITIES: As the Guardian of Time and Space, Setsuna is arguably one of if not the most powerful of the Sailor Senshi. She possesses the ability to travel through time and space at will and to take others with her if she chooses or to allow them to travel alone through the use of the Time Keys. She can also stop time. The catch is, however, that she is forbidden from doing any of these things. The consequences for the first two (traveling through time or abandoning the Door) are unknown, but the consequence for stopping time is death so she won't be using those powers here unless under extreme duress (and of course this would be with mod consultation). Outside of those powers, she does also have an offensive skill set with her primary attack being an energy attack called Dead Scream. This attack as well as her other skills are all channeled through the Garnet Orb, one of the three Talismans entrusted to the Outer Senshi, and this sits atop her Garnet Rod, a large key-shaped staff that is only visible when she's in her senshi form.
INVENTORY: The most important items in Setsuna's possession are the Garnet Rod and her chain of Time Keys (the number is never specifically given and it's possible they regenerate but clearly here they would be very, very limited). Otherwise, her inventory is standard for a college student: her civilian clothes are conservative and she has a sketchbook and pencils, mostly used for drawing clothing designs.
MEMORY ALTERATION:
As per the histories of the other Sailor Senshi already in the game, Setsuna will simply think that after dispatching Uranus and Neptune here to continue their search for the Silence, she completed her own tasks and came to follow. The question of who is guarding the Space Time Door will remain as nebulous as it does every time she leaves it in the anime.
SAMPLE: from the tdm. I know there's not much to it; if that's insufficient, let me know and I'll gladly write up a sample.
