Alternately, you can link to a thread where she is being called upon. Note that she may ignore these calls or contacts dependent on her mood. Don't worry if she ignores you once or twice, as she will sometimes comment on open posts or make broadcasts to everyone.

Please label the day and time of the contact in the subject header.

If any players wish to contact Naoko and her group, they are free to use this page. They will have to take the three hour trip by air or sea as there is currently no long-range communication in place for them. Now I understand why we're all here to terraform. You coulda just told us earlier, when we got here. That probably would have helped! [ Salt aside: ] I'm all for helping the planet out to protect us from alien invaders...but is there ever gonna be a chance we get to go back home?

Hm... I'm sorry to say that I'm not really the person to ask about that. I can promise to help you all try to figure out a way back to your respective homes, but I don't want you to think that I'm capable of doing it myself. I'm about as clueless as you all are on how you got here!

However, I do want to point out that as of now we have no reason to believe they're on this planet. Karkat only learned of them because he found a datalog entry over a week ago that mentioned them.

I guess I'm just thinking ahead. Like...what if they do find a way in? They might find a way to infiltrate the planet by fighting through its natural defenses.

[ Or one could be here right now and they don't even know it. If they're as small as Karkat said they are, then there could be one right under their feet! ]

If they do arrive here, then ISHMAEL will probably be our best chance. He was programmed specifically to protect mankind from the Kharaa threat. It'd be very exciting to finally meet him!

Of course! Without you, I doubt we'd have progressed this far!

Oh, right, that guy. I knew about him. Maybe we could duplicate him somehow? Unless he's super huge and covers almost the whole planet. Maybe he has blind spots.

Hm, I'm not sure how to say this, but... I do not think we are capable of duplicating ISHMAEL. He is the most highly advanced AI that has been created in our time.

I am sure that we have very talented programmers on base, I don't mean to insult them! But even if anyone here did have the skills necessary for such a feat, I don't think we have the tech. Most of our supplies have been salvaged from crashes, which means there's a chance that it's been damaged somewhat, even if it's just a little bit... To make anything even remotely close to ISHMAEL's capabilities, you'd need the best of the best.

Dang...well, it was worth a shot? [ Asking, that is. She wants to see this ISHMAEL for herself. She should be safe since she's human, he won't kill her right.... ]

You know, speaking of the crashes, Karkat mentioned that you had a ship but he didn't know what its name was. What was it? And did anyone ever find it?

Do you mean the ship I came on originally? There's quite a lot of ships that I have records of now!
